Reality based on HISTORICAL PAST ACTIONS in the OTC is not always bashing, but may in fact just be a fair and honest reality check...........This kind of stuff happens in the OTC everyday.

Now the GOOD PART is we basically have a floor on this note of .03 which is a 50% premium for us from here
