just not sure about this; couldn't it as well mean that 3 cents is the floor upon which the 40% will then be taken? So this would then bring us to a basic pps of 1,8 cents - which is actually where we are today.
Am I wrong with this interpretation of the 8k?

Just want to clarify...no bashing intented. It can always be seen as a positive sign if someone is willing to give away a good amount of money - no businessman would ever do so without being convinced to get a nice ROI.
