D-DAY for the iTbra and LLBO (DD)

WHAT?
The documentary 'Detected', paid by CISCO, will reveal today at 7:30 pm at the Independent Film Festival Boston, how the world of breast cancer will never be the same thanks to the iTbra. A wearable that uses the IoT (Internet of Things) to detect this type of cancer, in any stage of development, and in just two hours.

HOW MANY?
3.7 billion women around the world will be able to start buying it soon, starting this year in Asia and following by the US and Europe.

HOW MUCH?
Just to put this into perspective, think that when Fitbit (the best-known wearable for running) started trading on the NYSE two years ago, its capitalization started at $7 billion and reached $11 billion after only one month.

The sale price of the iTbra could be similar to that of Fitbit (about $100) and its capitalization too if all the points are connected in the correct way. In addition, the iTbra also has a recurring business model thanks to the monthly fee to be charged for the analysis of data. And without forgetting that this device may evolve in the future for the detection of other types of cancer and is already being introduced to health insurance providers in multiple countries.

FDA APPROVAL
The iTbra has already been approved by the FDA in its analog form, which was far less effective than the product that is presented today. So the 510k approval of the iTbra by the FDA is going to be very fast (it could take only three months or less) if it is considered to be substantially equivalent (SE) to the product previously approved. The news of the approval could arrive at any time between now and the end of the year.

STOCK PRICE
You do not have to be very clever to see that the current valuation of LLBO at $12 million is ridiculous. LLBO is the largest shareholder in Cyrcadia with a stake of 33% than in some weeks will grow to 44% thanks to the transfer of its US patents to Cyrcadia US.

In my opinion, if we price in the current events, the stock price should be tomorrow over $0.01, and we shouldn't go back from that level if the expected milestones are achieved without more delays.

But first thing first, for this to happen the documentary must confirm:
1. that the clinical trials are finished
2. that the results are positive
3. that the FDA approval process has already begun

This is the moment we have been waiting for the last 4 years since LLBO resurfaced from its ashes. Some here have been waiting 8 years for this to happen. Well, it's already here.
