And you think not?

My own theory is that someone(s) holds quite a bit and is able to sell small quantities drawing the bid down. Especially on low volume days. Drawing it down enough to trigger stop losses, pre set or mental emotion further adding to the selling volume momentum.

But, there could be other activity going on as I've personally witnessed in the past...

Once Cellceutix meets/exceeds endpoints on the current set of trials (if - of course but likely imo) the market may just see what value truly lies ahead and CTIX can get off the OTC.

I'm not against CTIX contacting the DTCC to determine all shares are 100% accounted for though. Even if it halts trading for a few days. The science will still move forward.
