I'm not following you. The first lawsuit was brought on by kazowitz, not HCTI. Kazowitz is a huge lawfirm. HCTI did not sue dow or anything like that. There was no reverse split in Jan. It was last july. Now you are saying that they had a reverse split to sue dow again? This would take hundreds of millions of dollars.. There's no way this is true. HCTI has no money. Even if they had 3 million dollars, it wouldn't be enough to sue dow if dow walked up and slapped them all in court in front of the judge. No way they ever did or raised funds to sue dow. Also, the new business strategy is to sell directly to consumers and contractors?? I guess they are going to manufacture it out of there garage!!! That's not a scalable investable business. The only way this works is to sign agreements with large distributors and manufactures in addition to licnesing to other companies. If they say they are switching to direct customer sales, they'll never scale up and make anything. That's not investable. Nothing you say is good if true.
