Well, if $4.654 million is valued at 48% of the company, that works out to a market cap of about 9.7 million.

Then this investment company is willing to lend us another 10 million.

I don't know how many shares are outstanding or what fully diluted shares look like, but Don says we have over $.60 cash per share.

If so, that's awesome!
