I think MXSG will be a pure dividend play.
They will never drill the properties in detail everybody expects.

As soon, they report some substantial production and provide dividends we will see higher prices. maybe 0.20-0.30 not more
But look at the currect Market Cap - still quite high!

So, wait and see and maybe a takeover from the neighbours.
