Well stated Martin. I can sight 30 or 40 winners over the last 40 years. Not every stock is a winner even if they have a good product. Sometimes you win big and other times you loose.

The game is not over but it does not look to be the great deal that most of us wanted for our investment. We invested because we believed that Afrezza would be a blockbuster drug. Perhaps 5 years from now but not in the immediate future.
The next owner of Mannkind will monetized it correctly.

Sad for current investors but sometimes you loose it all. No big deal as long as one invested what they could afford to loose vs investing too much in a single position.

Looking back perhaps I invested too much in MannKind. Greed? Perhaps. But it was worth the chance to make a difference for my financial future and for the health of diabetics who need a game changing Insulin to control his diabetes.
