OTC have barely ever followed Par value. This isn't NYSE S&P. If theres one thing about OTCs its all about outliers. Par value might be .001, does not mean its going to bottom at .001. That would be the bare minimum, all contracts assets, potential revenue etc bring 'valuation' much higher than par value. But I agree statistically par value is .001, but stock markets dont just run on computer algorithms, theres alot of emotions and following chart patterns involved. Right?
