Ok...

Bourne seems to be negotiating for the whole company now...

Look at the Assets on the Report that came out today... there is over 1,000,000 in assets PMEA and not EVADA... However no where has that been addressed... So... would be nice to clear that up...

Even the other 12 million dollar offer was said to be for EVADA... figured there would be some residual value to the shares... so now it is for.. ALL??

What people are concerned about IMO... is that we don't know what the price will be when the exchange takes place.. So as we get closer that should be clearer... however... only under some CRAZY really poor scenario should it be under .001 IMO.... so... do wonder why... the trading has been so bad today... Maybe tomorrow... we will pick up... MORE information on Bourne's part could help.... for example... is the Gov't contract for many plans still under discussion as a real potential?? Is development still going on???

I interpret that the closing... is expected 30 to 45 days from today... so not that far out...

If Mr. Bourne really cared about the shareholders not be fleeced by shorts and/or Others... some more evaluation data could be helpful !!!!
