These guys are holding news. They are not releasing news, or updates on purpose, till
They can convert & season the shares before
They release news, so they can pump it.
The more available trading shares the better,
Just think about it , some of those shares converted last month, were at higher pps.!!
Which means they ( Bond Holders) are down
On their investment and are not selling!!
Obvious by the volume.!!!
There is more to this , than just increasing the
Authorized. And S-1 Filling would seal the deal
For me. But these guys could be selling shares
Thru proxy, and not even have to file.
"It doesn't matter how you pay for your Ferrari,
As long as you or some else pays for it.!!"
