Jack won't sell shares until the stock price is way higher, no dilution at these prices, Jack is not an idiot!!! Even I wouldn't sell shares at these prices. Shares are restricted for 4 more months I believe, somebody correct me if I'm wrong. So think about that...Jack is not in this for lunch money!!! IMHO Jack is probably the wealthiest penny stock CEO that I am aware of.
