My spouse works in business intelligence for one of the major BPs. All day everyday of the year they investigate every company nomatter the size or exchange or otc or private that has a product in development in the therapeutic division they work in. I have listened in on many conference calls just to learn the process. My spouse does not work in a therapeutic area that ctix is developing drugs for and has refused to investigate CTIX internally for fear of insider trading and conflict of interest corporate policies. However, these folks only focus on the science and clinical trial progress. What I have learned is that phase 2 blinded placebo trials seem to carry the most weight. And of course phase 3. Also company sponsored trials are preferred. So university sponsored trials like phase I kevetrin are usually ignored to a large part. These are MD, phd, pharm Ds looking at the data. Once fully vetted, then it goes to licensing and acquisitions folks.

So all this nonsense about big pharma caring about being on the otc, financial conditions, leo bad management, etc. is just that. Nonsense posts by uneducated retail investors and stock traders. In conclusion if big pharma is reviewing CTIX data and they want it. They will do what they need to. End of story. Most likely explains why management doesnt seem too concerned with current pps. Current price doesnt matter if they are in talks. Go CTIX!
