The company that purchased PMEA is not very active in terms of trading This makes me nervous. If I hold onto my shares once the merger takes place-- it may be hard to sell them. In addition, the shares of the new company could fall massively-- if they one day encountered problems. PMEA is already low--- less risk in it's current state.

I do not like 1 share for every 8 shares of PMEA that I own. if this new company fails, it is like falling of a cliff. (In terms of stock price) A very steep cliff.
