This is why I think she took on more dept in the 10-Q

Please refer to page 17.

"Sales
The Company had $24,960 in sales for the three months ended February 28, 2017 compared to $246,119 for period ended February 29, 2016. This reduction is due to inability to secure viable and less dilutive financing to effectively finance purchase orders."

Like I said before a "Purchase Order" is just that a contact between Buyer and Seller.

She now has the funding to fulfill the purchase order with Bethel.

Before she ships she will be paid by Bethel.

We will know for sure in a month or so.
