I suspect the MO is still tied to IBRC as he owns a good deal of the stock and has much at stake. I feel he is still pulling the strings behind the curtains. Transporting the CBD Oil is not the biggest issue-insuring it is. Lloyds of London will no longer offer insurance on CBD Oil from what I gather so my point was just that I don't think it actually delivered or we would have been told with no uncertainty that the order was delivered and the deal is closed.
