Yes I do know whats going on.. Its called Naked shorts, Its just the market maker takes the short but and sell and moves them to the front of the listing every morning!

The SEC backs them up, Corruption is everywhere.. isnt life grand! But heck 5 mil at .0001 they let me in on.. and When it does go up.. yes the SEC will limit their time or more risk takers like myself will just wait.. have my sells set and someday it will go up..

I have lots of time.. These small stock do pay off! Pacel is a actual company and they are filing 10q's with the SEC,

A "not very smart investor" buys after the reverse split when its at its top and rides it down complaining all the way.. A very smart investor buys it at the bottom and watches the REG SHO short lists and watches the interest and waits until enough investors buy in to force the shorts to cover and it will run up.. and we will make money then.. But you have to let the corruption run its course!

Patience is a virtue! And for a little investment we can rackup some bucks!
