The event was the signing ceremony of strategy cooperation between Jinbo Group and ASEAN Economical and Culture Institute, held on April 16, 2017 in Guangxi province. ASEAN stands for Association of Southeast Asian Nations (http://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/asean.asp). This is an effort of Jinbo to expand their business to southeast Asia.

"Z" car was showcased during that event. I see Jinbo is taking every opportunity to promote their EV.
