This is a serious question. I am surprised people do not understand the significance of this. Even rrufff states that it's beyond his ability to comprehend a solution.

If 51% ownership is required then the final structure for ascension into Dubai is unknown, the size of the company going forward is pure specualtion and all the talk about the future value of the stock is fluff.
