Purdue sued Collegium on patent 9,522,919 on April_21,2017. I think that is one of the patents IPCI is being sued for also. Patent 9,522,919 is titled "Oxycodone compositions". Abstract for patent is "In certain embodiments the invention is directed to a process for preparing an oxycodone hydrochloride composition having less than 25 ppm of 14-hydroxycodeinone." The patent was granted Dec 20, 2016.

Purdue also sued Collegium on unlisted Patent No. 9,155,717 last year on 06/10/16. That is not one that IPCI is being sued for. It is titled, "Pharmaceutical formulation containing irritant".

I am not sure what exactly happened to original lawsuit between Purdue versus Collegium back in 2015 which was for 3 patents. I could only find news that the suit was dismissed. Maybe it was dismissed because of a similar lawsuit with TEVA concerning the same patents.
