At the current time margin interest at Interactive Broekers is 2.4%. If one were to run 60% on margin, the effect interest rate would be 1.4%.

Even at 5% the effect rate is only 3%.

But why pay any interest at all, just use a 2x fund. SPY leveraged at 60% will destroy BRK.
