You really should learn to separate wishful thinking from reality. Especially if you hope to have any money left from investing to retire on.
I will stand by my belief that if the buyout does not get done, this company is pretty much screwed.
BTW, I threw out a $1.52 price when someone asked me what this company was worth, and I based my price on book value compared to its competition. If a deal doesn't get done, it may not go that low, or it may go much lower. The low for this stock is .20 back in 2009. Of course, it also traded at $63 back in 1998. Much has happened since then.
Just my opinion, of course.
