Any attempt to turn this shell into something else (and any real shot at sending the price up) will be preceded by an attempt at getting the company current, with filings. There have been no SEC filings on ECCI since 2008. These little volume blips aren't much to get worked up over. In 2014, there was a spike in volume that reached into the billions, and it still never moved.
