Yes to extension: Nasdaq has good reason to believe PPHM has the goods to get to a dollar. If the PPHM has the goods to get to a dollar then why not $2.00?
A momentum and price driver.

IMO the market could care less what NASDAQ thinks. Heck, so far it doesn't seem to care what all the good doctors / scientists / researchers think or have to say. Only thing that the market cares about in the near term is a deal / some external validation via monetization. Plain and simple.
NO deal. NO $1.00+ S/P - JMO.
