The only hope I have held for awhile was believing that since Wayne was now in one of the top three sectors to be in and in one of the top states to be located in with an already listed shell in UNGS, that he would shed his snake skin and become legit. Goes to show you the power of the human condition - once and snake, always a snake even if the Universe gives you a free ticket out.
