MUST READ for all shareholders

Thanks Ki! Again I am begging any investor that is on the fence about whether they would vote to have Securepoint continue as a biz (which BTW there is still no mention as to what if any plan is for a business going fwd!) if you cant stomach reading the whole legalese PLEASE read that table starting on page 6 that lays out the story in digestible terms like nothing else I have seen to date (and believe me I have read every document in this case cover to cover!). And after you do if you have questions I will do my best to clarify!
