Local Windsorite here. First let me start that I am well aware of Bill Chabaan and his scam from several years ago. I see there is still NO Giddy Up lol The new offices at the back of Pure Nutrition are almost complete. The BMR lumber truck was there unloading. There has been a security guard at building one on Manning recently but no other cars. So they are leasing the building from Bill s cousin Jim. Bill owns the other building so he must be leasing it out to Tesla at an exorbitant Chabaan rate. Joe Byrne the CEO of this company was a partner with bill in the failed grow op. He was also the ex mayor of Lakeshore. They will do a big PR about the new 1000 kw lighting system that runs on solar panel. In the last year our government has raised electricity rates to the point people are outraged. Many bills have doubled. I can see a great value in the product if it really exists. I do know that while bill may not be an investor he will have influence with his buddy Joe Byrne. I am bag holder from FITX. I cant wait to sell off as fast as i can because as history has shown it will repeat the pump n dump scheme.
