What a crooked racket. How convenient that right after they and all the insiders sold their common shares. The pps tanks to yearly lows, and recycles and resets the insider enrichment scam.

Believe me they would not have sold anything if they thought the pps was going up, or if they thought the common shares had any value in the future after the reverse split,

They bought the assets and kept the preferred shares......the common people lose their money or just break even. Most people on here are smart enough to break even.
