A couple of big developments this week. The Debtors (IMSC/Securepoint Mgmt/BOD ) came out with a serious accusatory response to the ECs filing of mediation agreement with DMRJ claiming to have shareholders best interest at heart. I would ask you to review this document the EC registered with the court carefully detailing what occurred and MOST IMPORTANTLY review the table where the EC carefully enumerates and explains each:

a) financial consideration
b) the Board and Mgmts position
c) Equity Committee's Position
d) Resulting Benefit to holders of common shares

I think this is the most comprehensive view we have seen as to motives behind Mgmts decisions 9look at bonuses, new shares generated for Securepoint Mgmt up to 20% and on and on!) . My hope is this provides the info to anyone on the fence thinking that we have a future with current mgmt to vote against any proposed biz plan and support the liquidation of remaining assets and distribution to shareholders
