This lawsuit is a crock! Lol. My daughter goes to college in AZ so I decided to do some "snooping." From my understanding, this Morgan dude wanted to get paid for trying to bring Nugent to Click. I believe he wanted ole Sonny to invest. Problem is, Sonny didn't drop any money and instead had "conversations" with Leonard. Nugent and Leonard decide to do business together. Morgan gets angry and sues Click because he wanted some money for getting the two together. Yet, Morgan is not a licensed SEC broker and any "contract" cannot be enforced. In other words, there was no agreement because Nugent did not invest in Click. And if there was an agreement, it cannot be enforced because ole Morgan boy was not licensed by the SEC. Basically, how can he get paid if he isn't licensed to do the job that didn't even happen? This thing is going to be dismissed. Lol.
