I totally agree, but its worth very little in BK. Worth a lot more in a sale, so BK is a bad play for bond holders.


In BK it would be sold. So there is very little difference.

BK does not mean the company is sold off for physical assets. If the "business" has value, that can and will be sold.

If you think that in BK the bond holders would be lucky to get 1/2 their principal back, then you think the company (with debt) has negative value.

Do agree though with your conclusion. matt needs to figure out how to sell something, with Afrezza or the company.
