MMEX Resources Corp (MMEX)

Anyone seen this? Raven Petroleum? Sounds literally identical to what MMEX is trying to do, but different location. I see they are going to utilize being next to an railroad as well, however doesn't seem to be built all the way to Mexico yet? Anyone know how far down the tracks are near the proposed site Hanks is attempting to close on?

Also, looks as if there are less costs and smaller hurdles to overcome since 50,000 barrels a day is considered "small". Largest hurdle, clearly financing. If that get's locked up, STILL would not mean success, but a giant leap for MMEXers!
