This is the logic I do not understand. Wayne has the SEC get involved in spinning off GCC and going current with Sylios correct? So why get them involved in your business if you are running a scam. You want to avoid them at all costs. Also Wayne communicated about the problems with Etrade and from seeing the post it looks like he solved that problem. The next issue would be the filing of the proper paper work so the shares can be tradable. Wayne stated while going through this transaction it would take 3-6 months to complete this task. Has anyone checked to see if the paperwork has been filed or just unable to locate it an assumed it hasn't been filed?
