hopefully, the SEC will DO something - the evidence is NOT hard to find out Wayne is stealing from people. What are they doing ? Is the SEC that stupid or lazy or just doesn't care ? If we , with limited powers can find the paperwork of proof, what is their excuse ? We, as shareholders, need to hammer the SEC every day with complaints until they get sick of seeing us in their inbox that they open their eyes, get off their ass and actually act. Wayne needs to be shut down !
