If they make an offer for e.g. $200 million now

I would not tender my shares for $5 a share - (anything above $3.70 would of course put 8.5 million more shares on the table) as I believe I will get considerably more a few years down the road... but would love to see it never-the-less.

I think other "suitors" would come out of the woodwork and bid it up to at least $500 million... or about $12.50 a share.

A hostile take over offer would certainly answer that elusive question... "how much is IPCI worth"

p.s. well thought out post... and "and an accumulated deficit of $65,006,880 (=potential tax savings)". few realize that a U.S. corp buying IPCI would actually save 35% of that or ~ $20 million... although I'm not sure the "carry forward loss" is quite that high... but since you're using such an odd # I have a tendency to think you researched it???
