Millions of dollars in lawsuits and legal fees piling up, Foley unwilling to pay the final judgement, leading to even more sanctions and accrued interest penalties. Now leading to the potential suspension of NTEK stock.

They have no content, no movies anyone is going to pay to watch, they have no cash to pay their lawsuits or acquire content.

Alexia rankings plummeting, ultraflix still continues to be an unknown service 3 years after it's been out. When people do find ultraflix, the interface is so broken in buggy they turn around before even making an account. If they do make an account the movie offerings are so terrible they back right out.

Really all NTEK has left is the pumper blog of the felon principal.
