war: I think it is clear to everyone, but we have a half-hearted pump going on.

The pumps are fighting each other. For instance, NEOM can't both be a shell AND hold patents (especially patents under litigation). NeoMedia can't now be NM, LLC if the patents are now owned by NeoMedia, etc. Common sense has fled.
