I guess no one expected that siaf would be at low 3 for 2 years ago when siaf was at 17..



Again, one should take a look at the sector.

There are 2 companies out there, that if SIAF would trade at their P/B ratio then it would be trading far below $1...
Good companies, and people keep selling/shorting those too.

All of these companies are struggling to create shareholder value. Even if they care, all of them fail miserably. And that's the problem.
