Wayne is a liar. People have no idea the power of a serial liar. Listening to them = getting scammed.

Never listen to them but get info from secondary sources. Wayne said UNGS owned the marina yet all public sources showed otherwise. The power of Wayne's lies was/is so strong, people believe him even in the face of such contrary proof's.
