A couple of related points:

First, there is no room for significant dilution without an A/S increase. The company has discussed increasing the A/S in order to use restricted shares for acquisition, but that could be accretive, rather than dilutive.

Little birdies have mentioned that the difference between shares in street name and the O/S was due to some shares in cert form that have been hitting the market over the past month.

The flip side of those shares getting converted from certs is that they signal the exit of the former CEO at this ticker: Ken Bland. He was the sole reason for this stock's bleak history, and he is now gone. When people realize it really is a new day around here, this stock will fly.
