We are in the middle of a financing and plan to close the first tranche next week.



We are also planning a trip to Madagascar May 5-14. A few of our directors, Don Hains a consultant to DNI, Bob Moriarty from 321Gold, Randal Swick from Cougar Metals and a few other investors, are all going.
