Popt: Show us proof that NEOM owes the DE SOS $1MM. Show us proof that it will cost $3MM additional to do the rest needed to sell this shell. Where is your evidence of any of that?

Until then, your numbers are pure conjecture.

YA cannot dilute this ticket anymore.
This ticker has plenty of shares to trade unlike KEYO, which had no more left to trade because the entire float was bought up and nobody was selling. Therefore the MM's were left w/ two choices...NSS shares or pull their sponsorship for it to trade. We know what they chose so FINRA had no choice but to de-list it.

Not the same here. Large float. It won't be bought up. YA wants as much recovered from their loses here as possible. They have this shell to sell. I believe they will sell it.

Can I just have my opinion or does it need to be argued over?

You think FINRA will just step in one day and shut trading down here. They won't if an MM wants it to trade and sponsors it to. Many are. They are making money trading it. They will continue and FINRA won't stop them.

They are trading it for a reason. 200+MM shares are sitting on the BID for a reason. Knowing NeoMedia has closed its doors and NeoMedia is now NM,LLC and YA has been assigned the patents, there is no reason I can see for this NEOM shell to resurrect as NM,LLC or NeoMedia. But, there is every reason for YA to use this NEOM shell to affect an RM and in the process, recover some of their losses, if not eventually all of them depending how they play it. After all, that is their goal...to make money.

They have this NEOM shell. They won't have this NEOM shell forever. My guess is, not even until the end of the year. wink
