SPCL

Ok let's try to break down what this news means for us now...

9.2B shares being issued, can't imagine these shares are going to hit the market anytime soon as open market sales but it's very possible.

MIGME is a VALUABLE company... looks like this deal was priced out when we were trading around ~.004 last week... if we multiply 9.2B * .004 we get $36.8M - that's what we effectively "paid" for the company.

The way this works is this should be a "neutral" transaction as the VALUE of the receiving asset should be = minimally to the value of shares given.

Technically we are in the same boat as last week as far as pps because MIGME should itself bring that $36.8M value in return.

100:1 RS means the now 11B shares (1.8B + 5.1B + 4.1B = 11B) will total 110M O/S when consideration for NASDAQ arrives.

FOXCONN should now own a large % of SPCL as well.

If my math is right, PIXEL needs to be worth minimally $14M to qualify us for NASDAQ - $36M + 14M = $50M market cap which would have us qualify.

Im curious what everyone else here thinks about this.

Anyone here think MIGME insiders can sell shares right away? If we were bought by another company we would be expected to be able to sell right away... I think they can.. but why would they before going NASDAQ?

GAMBLE here, no different than it was yesterday just getting clearer....
