My educated guess.

The guy with the filing of 50k note for 500 million shares.

Notice how the note just doubled mysteriously from 25k to 50k and conversion lowered from .001 to .0001

That's their funding (indirectly)

This same guy will come back and fund the company after selling his .0001 shares.

500 million shares sold at .002 is 1 million dollars

Probably the reason why all this recent volume is not moving the pps.
