Its HUGE news...they are doing this..paying a lot to get this done..but its a "read between the lines thing" Why on earth would they be going to such lengths to do this ? to me its obvious...they must have some good things happening... why UPLIST for nothing ???

AND BEING THAT THIS STOCK WAS AT ABSOLUTELY HISTORICAL LOWS THIS MORNING OF .005...THE GAIN OF TODAY IS REALLY NOT AS IT SEEMS...

YES, 164% is 164%...but being that this came from 3 and 4 cents within the last couple of weeks says to me this is ready to hit those levels...and with the very good news we should reach even greater levels..

Some will see 164 percent today and say ...oh no, i cant buy that it already ran !! critically bad mistake...as the news is better than ever now..and the stock is at half of what it was weeks ago..we should be at .045 for starters..then lets gain 164% from there.. then its fairly valued....

also it has a cheap market cap ..and great share structure.. may have turned the float over today....we probably trade 100 million plus tomorrow turn it again
