So is this the business? Read the fluff press release from ALKM and the listing. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, IMO. Sure hope they didn't sucker these guys in and leave them holding almost-worthless shares, especially if ALKM is subject to SEC action for serious delinquency.
We'll see. DD is kinda fun, in my geeky kinda way.
Maybe the real story is the massive dilution coming at steep discounts to current share prices.

Here is the fluff PR....not "multi-year" and the 8K just out. ALKM needs cash bad, and dilution is the answer....but not necessarily for investors holding shares already.
