Totally agree on this one. I believe there always has been a big plan. I could be wrong, but I believe TRTC management is not going to screw over the common share holder. If they did that who on earth would ever by there companies stock.
I have to believe there is absolutely no way they would be that foolish.

The damage and shadow such would bring to an industry that many dedicated their lives to developing would be unforgiveable, and would be addressed by the community.
(Do not bring shame to the House of Green young grasshopper....for that we would not forgive, and would, while hesitantly, have to act accordingly.......lol)
It has taken 2 decades to reach the "credibility" the industry currently has.....such action(s) would not look good (mainstream, the industry, etc)....
The silence, and the damage such has done can only be corrected by an immediate statement addressing such.
Every day that goes by without this, the problem grows exponentially. This conduct is not only irresponsible, but unacceptable for those having to answer to shareholders and have cumulatively cost the very same tens of millions.
$20-$30 million cumulative shareholder loss? (Because they (ahem) had to "pay taxes"....lol. So personal mismanagement and a 30MM shareholder loss does not require an explanation and is "acceptable"?
This is now a serious problem.

The uplist nonsense is not happening until Sched 1 and 280e lifted either...
Management has taken a series of actions resulting in large shareholder losses and are not addressing it immediately....
By anyone's standards....this is unacceptable.
