All depends on what the outstanding share count is at this point. I would assume there is more then the 5.1 Billion authorized that is posted on otcmarkets website in January. Assuming an outstanding share count of 6 billion a 12 million dollar buyout puts PMEA at .002 15 million at .0025 and 20 million at .0033

Honestly they could have diluted this past the 6 billion or they could have kept it the same which would be best case scenario.

This also all depends on if it's a straight buyout or if they are just selling the Evada Aircraft and not the company. Time will tell. This will be the third ride for me, so I'm holding free shares at this point. GLTA PMEA
