Her standard modus operandi seems to be: making outrageous claims of being in the process of launching new business initiatives, like the "Pain Centers" or the "Marijuana Testing Lab" or the "Pharmacy Billing Contract", concurrently with heavy PPJE shares dumping, but when the financials are out, there's no trace of expenses, revenues or "execution" of any kind.

In the present case, no financials are just as bad as the usual empty financials.
