I bought a Jltterbug cell phone a few weeks ago. I have tried every possible way . . . except bribing . . . to get AS REQUIRED into their system. No matter how hard I try to please them I cannot. I don't yet have a password but they decline my every attempt to solve this. Now I want to cancel my account, throw the $100 phone away, since they obviously intend to charge me each month for using their system even though I cannot use it. They claim to be working hard to solve this, but attempt after attempt fails. They cannot recognize my pissword . . . so they shut me down.
